3. Booking and Payments

All prices are stated in CZK unless otherwise specified. LuminaPeak reserves the right to change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Generally, cancellations made within a specified period before the service date may incur a fee or result in partial forfeiture of payment. In the event of a cancellation by LuminaPeak due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, guide illness), a full refund or alternative booking will be offered.

Participants in our adventures must be physically fit and healthy enough for the chosen activity. LuminaPeak reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual deemed unsuitable for the activity for safety reasons. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have adequate travel insurance covering adventure activities, personal injury, and medical emergencies.

6. Gear Rental

Rented gear must be returned in the same condition as received, allowing for normal wear and tear. Customers are responsible for any damage to or loss of rented equipment and will be charged for repairs or replacement costs.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of LuminaPeak or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

LuminaPeak and its guides, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of defect in any vehicle or through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in carrying out the services, or of causes beyond our control. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Prague, Czech Republic.
